A patch test is required for every new customer receiving lash extensions, lash lifts, or brow lamination, at least 24 hours before your appointment.

A deposit is required to secure your booking; the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be taken through the booking system.

Come to your appointment with clean lashes/brows and no makeup.

Try to avoid mascara for 24-48 hours before your appointment.

To cancel an appointment, 48 hours notice is required. This will allow you to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date (the deposit can only be transferred once).
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge to your card and no-shows (less than 2 hours notice) will be charged the full price. 

Try to let me know as soon as possible if you are sick and are unable to attend your appointment (preferably a minimum of 24-48 hours).
