Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
Clean your lashes every 2-3 days with lash shampoo.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms and sunbeds for the first 24 hours.
Do not pick, pull or rub your lashes.
Avoid sleeping on your face.
Avoid oil based products; use water based makeup remover.
Never use eyelash curlers, mascara or strip lashes on your extensions.

Avoid sunbeds, steam rooms and swimming for 24 hours.
Wet your brows before you style them; use pear soap and brush them upwards and then style them how you wish everyday.
Use caster oil, coconut oil or a brow serum everynight to help with hair growth.

Avoid sunbeds, steam rooms and swimming for 48 hours.
Avoid eye makeup for the first 24-48 hours.
Use lash serums everynight.
Avoid eyelash curlers.
Brush lashes daily to keep them neat.

No makeup or sun-beds for 24 hours.
Avoid touching face afterwards.
Cleanse twice, tone and moisturise everyday.
Use a gentle exfoliator 2-3 times a week.
Use SPF.
Drink lots of water.
Reduce smoking and alcohol.
Regular facial treatments.

Do not touch the face straight after the treatment.
Do not wash the face or apply any additional products for 24 hours.
Avoid exercise, all heat treatments including hot showers for 24 hours.
Avoid direct sunlight/sunbeds for 2 weeks.
Cleanse twice, tone, and moisturise everyday (exfoliate 2-3 times a week).
Apply spf30 minimum every day!
Return for this treatment every 4-6 weeks.
